iphone document syncing

Greetings,

I do not know if others have come up with a reasonable solution for this that doesn't require software to be installed on the host computer -- but my iphone application will create a file that I want to get back to the main PC or Mac. I can see no way to do this in the SDK.

Anyone have ideas on how to do this that is reasonable?
