It means that the app cannot be launched on the system. For example,
Classic applications show up with that icon on systems** that cannot
run the Classic environment.
** I think this new artwork was something added by Leopard.
So, check into the architecture of what you're trying to build. Also,
if this is under Leopard, aren't input managers/methods not allowed?
