Read-Only ABRecord

  • Subject: Read-Only ABRecord

The ABRecord class provides the isReadOnly method.

Use isReadOnly to determine whether or not a record is read-only.

http://developer.apple.com/documentation/UserExperience/Reference/ AddressBook/Classes/ABRecord_Class/Reference/Reference.html

I would like to find out how to set a ABRecord as read-only, and if a record is configured to be read-only is it possible to edit it in the Address Book Application.

Thanks

Alex
