Spotlight for Help, index features of your app

Hello,

I had a look at one of the wwdc videos who explains how can we use spotlight for indexing features of an app, you know using the search field from the help menu to access one of the app feature.

The problem is how can I add this to my application, I am not even able to find this function in Xcode 3 or IB 3. Is there someone who can tell me where can I find this analysis tool and generate a custom index for my app ? What they say in the wwdc movie is that it is located in the Debug Menu - Run executable and index UI for Help. I do not even have a debug menu in Xcode 3 :-)

Regards
