Placing window (with NSImageView) behind menu bar in Leopard

Subject: Placing window (with NSImageView) behind menu bar in Leopard

Is it possible to place a window at (0,0) and have its content show through the transparent menu bar in Leopard? Apparently the default behavior of the menu bar is to only show the desktop background. _______________________________________________
