Cocoaheads Lake Forest (92630) meeting 2/13 7pm - Topic: Cocoa 101

CocoaHeads Lake Forest will be at our NEW time this month. We will be
meeting, as usual, in the community room of the El Toro branch of the
Orange County Public Library at 24672 Raymond Way, Lake Forest, CA
92630.

Please join us from 7pm to 9pm on Wednesday, 2/13.

We will be discussing getting started in Mac development with Cocoa.
Topics covered will include Interface Builder, Xcode, Objective C, and
all the other pieces needed to get an application up and running.

If you have not looked lately, MacOS X 10.5 Leopard brings many
conveniences, including a SQLite-backed data model, easy
property-based animation, garbage collected objective C, properties,
fast enumeration, and lots of other coolness. You can also develop in
Ruby and Python as well.

Bring your comments, your books, and your bugs, and we will leap right in.

As always, details can be found on the cocoaheads web site at
www.cocoaheads.org.

Scott
