Oh.. I didn't know that the Xcode had that kind of error catching
method. It is "Debug->Add Symbolic Breakpoint", right?
I assume that it is not the "Add C++ Exception".

That shows you what the excepion is, and where it was caught. But what
you want to know is where the exception was thrown from. The best way
to do that is to run the program in gdb (or Xcode's debugger) and set
a breakpoint at "objc_exception_throw". (Or if you're on 10.4, on
"-[NSException raise]" and "NSRaiseError".)
