The XCode documentation would be my guess. Failing that, an
appropriate forum/mailing list. The specifics of this question ("how
to use the debugger") are best posted to the xcode-users list, not
cocoa-dev. I'm not aware of any case studies, but you'll get a lot
better XCode-specific help from the xcode-users list.
