How to use "setRecentSearches" of a NSSearchField?

Hi everybody :)

Could somebody please explain how to use the "setRecentSearches"
method of a NSSearchField? I would like to do a special kind of
type-a-head functionality in a search-field - but cannot make it work.

Intuitively I would belive that I just had to supply an array og
strings and then a menu with the strings would be displayed under the
search field. This is not the case.

Best regards!
Mads
