Changing keyboard settings in code?

  • Subject: Changing keyboard settings in code?

Hey all,

I want to be able to change a system keyboard preference setting (specifically, the "Use all F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys" setting) from my application.

Short of using UI scripting, does anyone have any idea on how I could accomplish such a thing? Opening the preference pane's .nib in IB hasn't got me anywhere!

Thanks,
