Subclass NSScroller to perform your own scroller tray, button, and
knob drawing. Wrap your NSTextView in an NSScrollView and set the
scroll view's scroller to your custom subclass.
Honestly, I'm /really/ disappointed that Apple gave us the HUD panel
but not any of their HUD interface elements to go with it. It just
makes no sense. Please file an enhancement request!

Hey,
I am using a HUD panel and don't like the way the aqua scroll bars
look in the way I would want it, so I didn't add them. Now I don't
know how to make the text field scrollable with a blackish / grayish
colored NON-aqua scrollbar? Something like in the movies widget. And
without the white background. Sorry to be a bother! Any help would
be appreciated!

Occasionally, executing a maneuver would cause your car to stop and
fail and you would have to re-install the engine, and the airbag
system would say, 'Are you sure?' before going off." - Katie Hafner
