What's the stack trace?

Are you using GC? I believe NSAppleScript at one point caused crashes under GC; I don't know if that bug was ever fixed or not.

Are you using Guard Malloc? I think someone in here was just having problems with NSAppleScript apparently corrupting memory in their program, and GM was catching it and crashing.
