Hi all,

I would like to hide a shared folder on the network, similar like it is done under Windows by adding a $ sign to its shared name. This is not working for non smb connections.

Apparently, if I hide the folder locally in the Finder and share it, it will not keep this attribute over for the remote view.

Any help is very appreciated,
Peter
