is a good place to start, and if there are things missing from there
then it would be helpful if people could add them.
Historically people didn't write IB plug-ins very often because,
before IB3, there wasn't a great deal of documentation and aside from
trivial examples it was sometimes difficult to get things working how
you'd like.
