Mac Developers, our time has come! With the ascent of Apple, the long
years of standing in the shadows of web and PC programmers, and
surviving on shareware is coming to an end. If your ready to step up on
the stage and deliver the performance of a lifetime, we are your Madison
Square Garden. We are looking for a fast thinking, faster coding, Mac
Whiz to take on the project of developing an ingenious suite of
applications for the mac, both mobile and desktop. You will work in
concert with a small fast thinking, over- ambitious team in an attempt
to bring an entire industry into the mobile millenium. Deadlines will be
tight, requirements will change on the fly, but the rewards could be
great, and there will ALWAYS be enough coffee.
Position Description:
Small startup is looking for an exceptional engineer to work on
state-of-the art communication technology for Mac OS X for iPhone.
Working on a suite of elegant, powerful applications, you will have the
opportunity to have a major impact on the design and implementation of
Apple's embedded device experience. Our environment fosters product
innovation, rapid product iteration, and a liberating amount of
autonomy.
Responsibilities
* Work with a highly skilled team in the design and development of
native mobile applications
* Drive product features and functional/industry specifications
* Utilize existing connection technologies on iPhone, Mac OS X and
Windows
Your Skill Set:
. BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
. Macintosh product development experience.
. Extensive experience programming in C/C++/Objective C . In-depth
knowledge of Carbon and Cocoa preferred.
. Previous experience shipping Macintosh products is required.
. Knowledge of scripting languages such as Perl, Python, or Rubydesired
. A passion for making great Mac software and apps a must.
