Error when building a Cocoa-Java app

Hi,
I'm trying out Cocoa-Java application, in the XCode 2.4, I created a new object 'Cocoa-Java application', then click 'build', and it gives me error:
command /Developer/Private/jam failed with exit code 1
any idea how to fix this? Thanks.
