Hi,
There is this tutorial:
http://www.informit.com/articles/article.aspx?p=428071&seqNum=3
but no source code included, following the steps turned out not working, I think Cocoa-java bridge is quite useful, example, you might like to use Hibernate in your Cocoa app, and Objectiv C does not that support, only way is to go java.
