Is the WebServicesCore framework gives provision to use the self assigned certificates or expired certificates just like Security framework? Is there any way to disable validation of the certificates?Or is there any other solution available?

To my knowledge not without dropping down to CFNetwork - that's what I did I use WSProtocolHandler for soap to dictionary conversions. _______________________________________________
