GDB says not an object

  • Subject: GDB says not an object

hi,
I'm working on a small btree implementation.

currentNode is an NodeType*
and [currentNode key:0] returns an ItemType*, which has a method - (Uint32)keyField.
but when I use:
[[currentNode key:0] keyField]
GDB tells that its not an object.

any ideas?

Wishes,
nick
