Is There a File Comparison Control Available?

Does anyone know if there is a control that I can use in my Cocoa application to provide side by side file comparison support similar to FileMerge? I would consider both controls for sale and that are open source.

If none are readily available, then could someone point me in the direction of a good place on getting started on such a custom control? Would I just composite a couple of NSTextView controls as a basis for the UI elements?
