Palette a NSStepper with tow Buttons and a NSTextField

Hi,all

    I know NSStepper provided by Interface builder.

   But now I need to setImage like NSButton for a NSStepper,  so I use two
buttons and a textFiled to make my stepper.

   and another problem, I need make my stepper  as a palette. How should I
do?
