Did I reinvent the wheel?

I would like your opinions about the following framework.

http://www.justingiboney.com/code

I am an IS major, not a CS major, so I don't know what it is like for probably most of you. You probably have a much better grasp on application development than I do.

What I have been taught, is to use a framework like the one above, only I was taught in Java. I wanted to apply what I have learned, so I created these classes (one of which I have already put out to the list).

Does this framework already exist in cocoa (did I reinvent the wheel)?
Is this a framework that is used (or likely to be used) in the real world?

Thanks,

Justin Giboney
