Well.
Google on : site:developer.apple.com/documentation/Cocoa Allows
Editing Multiple Values Selection
Accessing the internet, though possible, is a maior hassle for me. I
rather rely on /Developer/ADC Reference Library/documentation.
You do then need to make the conceptual leap that your one text field
might be bound to an array, rather than a single instance [...]
Yes. Now that I have done this, many things make more sense.
But: The Article "What Are Cocoa Bindings?" in "Cocoa Bindings
Programming Topics" discusses the example of a slider and a textfield
both being bound to a double value called "temperature".
And then they suddenly go on talking about there being no or mutliple
selections - which in this example just do not make sense.
Another strange thing: The same article says "If you need to know
more, read “The Model-View-Controller Design Pattern.”". I tried to
click on this, but nothing happened. Then I noticed that I was
already reading a paragraph called "The Model-View-Controller Design
Pattern". Does this mean, I have to start over again reading this
same paragraph, until at the n-th iteration I either drop dead, give
up or are enlightened?
Kind regards,
Gerriet.
