So far, I don't have any strings that have two or more phrases within them. But I can see the potential issue. I suppose one would just need to do all permutations.

Keys would be:

"PluralFormOneOne_restOfKey" = ...
"PluralFormOneOther_restOfKey" = ...
etc.

A nightmare for Arabic since number of rules is six!
