NSDictionary has an 'dictionaryWithContentsOfFile:' method that read a plist file, and NSBundle has methods for getting the path to use.
Or:
print NSDictionary.dictionaryWithContentsOfFile_(NSBundle.mainBundle().pathForResource_ofType_("mydata", "plist"))
