No, we will not write your code for you.
You've given us basically no information on what you're trying to do
here: you want to "insert tables at runtime", but into what, and in
what context? This could be referring to anything from a word
processor to a SQL database, although it sounds a little bit more like
the former given the context.
You've also failed to ask a coherent question. There are two sentences
in this email which look like questions (the first and second ones),
but the first one is open-ended to the point of being unanswerable -
qualifying it with "using the NSMenu" doesn't help - and the second
one is "yes" for vacuous reasons.
To everyone, not just the poster: If you haven't seen it before,
please read Eric Raymonds "How To Ask Questions The Smart Way"[1].
There's some good advice there that's easily missed. I think this is
linked in the monthly information posting, but it bears repeating.
