First, bool should be BOOL. Read the documentation that Kyle linked to.
Second, multiply the int by 10 then add the number.
Note that this is not a question of how to use Cocoa (which is what
this list is for) but a more general "how to program" question (which
is not what this list is for). There are many books and web sites that
will help you learn to program, I suggest you google for some.
