May be technically the declaration of the method, but is that really useful to anybody? After all, you do not declare this method in your code; you just invoke it. I can't tell you how many times I have been led astray by this terminology - took me at least a year to figure out that the way it is written has nothing to do with how you use it.

I hope it is clear now that almost everything we have been telling Johnny has been over his head. He does not know Objective-C and he does not understand objects, and yet he has dragged out our attempts to help him on topic after topic without addressing his own ignorance of fundamentals. I will go so far as to say this is willful abuse of list resources.
