Incompatible CoreData store format

In my simple CoreData document app, if I create a bit of data and save it, then try to re-open it, I get the following complaint:

"The document “Test.binary” could not be opened. The model configuration used to open the store is incompatible with the one that was used to create the store."

Am I overlooking something?
