Issue with the Downloader application

Hi All,
I was trying out the /Developer/Examples/WebKit/Downloader test application
locally.
When I try to download some html files I face no issues but when I try to
download some pls (play stations files) like for example
http://yp.shoutcast.com/sbin/tunein-station.pls?id=2550
I get popup for "Download Failed" with the following error "no permissions
to read file".
Let me know how do I prevent this.
