Did you read the documentation reference for NSWindow?
NSWindowDidChangeScreenNotification
Posted whenever a portion of an NSWindow object's frame moves onto or off of a screen.
NSWindowDidChangeScreenProfileNotification
Posted whenever the display profile for the screen containing the window changes.
Beware that those notifications are effective on 10.4 only.
