In Interface builder I have a TableView that I want to stay fixed in
relation to items above and below.
The table does not show any scroll bars until I resize the window and the
items above and below sometimes get overlaid.
How do I fix this in IB? I¹ve tried changing the size on NSScrollView in the
Inspector but to no avail.
