Start with Programming in Objective-C by Stephen Kochan (depending on how quickly you want to get underway, you may consider waiting for the second edition):

If you're feeling a little ambitious, you might start with Scott Stevenson's "Learn C" Tutorial at <http://cocoadevcentral.com/articles/000081.php >, but it does have some prerequisites ("You should already know at least one scripting or programming language, including functions, variables and loops. You'll also need to type commands into the Mac OS X Terminal.").
