Instruments leaks.

Greetings.

I'm in the optimizing phase of my little project and I'm trying to understand instruments to get most of the leeks out of my software. but instruments throws tons of leaked blocks for objects that should be auto-released, and objects that are still in use.

how do I determine what is a leek and what is not ?
