It wasn't turned on in the main window, but that was turned on in one
of the children of the main window, and apparently that was trickling
down. Turning that off fixed the problem, but I'd still like to know
how to debug this if at all possible... Why is Hide On Deactivate
circumventing all of the different order out methods?
