This is true for NSArray, because it will create an NSCFArray under
the hood which is a CFArray. However, it is not true for the case of
a functional NSArray subclass, which will not be a CFArray
underneath. CFArray functions will continue to work because they fall
back to sending messages to the object in question when it's not a CF-
object, but telling the difference is fairly easy if you want to do it.
