menu with checkbox

hello,

I have a NSPopupButton. What I need is that each item has a checkbox in front of its label. The menu needs to be selectable like with any normal NSPupupButton but when I click the checkbox it should just check the box but should not change the selection.

Does anyone can help me with this. I cannot find anything about this on the net.
