Unable to launch about panel for the 2nd time

Hi All,
I am a newbie into cocoa programming.
I have written a small program in which i hane 2 nib files(MainMenu.nib,
About.nib).
In the About.nib i have placed a panel. This panel will be launched upon
clicking on the "About" link.
First time i am to see the panel being launched and if i close the panel and
try yo launch it one more time, the panel is not vsible.
Attaching the code along with the mail.
Can anyone let me know what is wrong in this code.
