Your post raises a couple of issues:
1 - For those not familiar with SCrollInfo (or MFC in general),
perhaps you should explain what it is, rather than requiring us to
look it up in order to answer your question. It's best to be specific
and not require us to do homework just to answer your question. :-)
2 - You should explain what about its functionality you're looking for
in Cocoa, and what you intend to do with it. This is because things
can be *very different* from platform to platform and a cursory glance
at the SCrollInfo documentation raises more questions than it answers
about what you're looking for.
If you can be specific about your answers to issue 2 above, the list
may be able to help you map your knowledge (or help you to understand
there is no corollary and that you must take an approach you hadn't
considered / realized).
Also, it's considered bad form to send "privileged and confidential
information" disclaimers in posts to public mailing lists (which are
indexed by search engines, copied and hosted elsewhere, etc.). At the
very least, it adds seven lines of useless, non-binding gibberish to
your post (and the archives).
