I am just a poor ignorant programmer trying to come to grips with non- standard persistent attributes (C Structs) in Core Data. The lack of a sample code application which illustrates this makes life even more difficult.

The only thing I know how to do is fall back, read the documentation, try what the documentation says, see what happens, do a google search, ask a question on the forum, and then try to make sense of it all.

It seems to be advocated that using Apple GUI development tools will facilitate conceptual learning and thus a solid understanding of the underlying code is not required. For my non-standard projects this never seems to work.
