Oh yeah, forgot about that one. In gcc >= 4.3 the 'other undesirable
and unavoidable warnings' were removed:
<http://gcc.gnu.org/gcc-4.3/changes.html>
So -Wconversion is probably exactly what is called for.
Hopefully we'll see it in Apple's gcc fork one day! Greg, is a radar needed?
