Fast Forward and backward about QuickTime movie

Hi douglas,
     thank you for your help.
     Now I expect that the speed is fast when user press the button and the speed
 is normal when user unfasten the button. I am a fresh man,ha. I don't know how
to do this. Could you tell more detail?thank you!
