The <head> of your "index.html" needs some tags like this:

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN">
<html>
<head>
	<title>BookMacster Help</title>
	<meta name="AppleTitle" content="BookMacster Help">
	<meta name="AppleIcon" content="../../BookMacster.png">
	<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8">
</head>

Also, make sure that there is only one file in the Help folder with these tags. If there's more than one, it will fail.

If it works, reply and let us know which one or more of those tags is essential to avoid the silent failure you reported. I forgot.
