It's easy! You just write the code to do it. Simple as that.

Seriously, you need to break down your problem. It involves getting the contents of an RSS feed and displaying these contents in an NSTableView. Getting the RSS feed involves making an HTTP request and parsing the resultant XML. And so on until you get to chunks you can attempt yourself.
