QLGenerator PLUGIN_ID

  • Subject: QLGenerator PLUGIN_ID
  • From: David Blanton <email@hidden>

My QLGenerator PLUGIN_ID is defined as:

#define PLUGIN_ID "5183C784-F224-4D1E-81A2-3DDB63C867D1"

(Generated by Xcode)

My Generator is not working. When I run qlmanange -t filename.xxx I get

Cannot find function pointer QuickLookGeneratorPluginFactory for factory 011FBC8A-E945-457D-8252-98120F9C9D8C in CFBundle/CFPlugIn 0x134fc0 </Library/QuickLook/EMBQL.qlgenerator> (bundle, loaded)

Which implies to me the systems is looking for a PLUGIN_ID 011FBC8A- E945-457D-8252-98120F9C9D8C

Why would this be?
