But note the original crash says
    /Users/someuser/Desktop/uif2iso4mac_1.4.0/./uif2iso4mac
instead of something like
    /Users/someuser/Desktop/uif2iso4mac_1.4.0/./uif2iso4mac.app/Contents/MacOS/uif2iso4mac

Perhaps this is a mangled build from source, or somebody really did move the executable around.
