As near as I can tell, 5 years after Core Data's appearance, action names for undo is still a "roll your own" proposition if you're using Core Data and bindings.

I'd love to be proved wrong on this, or pointed to solutions coded by others, but my Googling hasn't un-earthed anything yet...
