Hi all,

Xsilva Systems is looking for a full-time Cocoa developer to help us develop next-generation versions of the LightSpeed Point-of-Sale software, Xsilva's flagship product for Mac OS X! The ideal candidate has proficiency and experience with Cocoa and Objective-C and business logic, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with an aggressive development cycle. This position is open to remote developers from the US and Canada, with preference given to candidate to candidates on the East coast.

Requirements:
- 3+ years experience with Cocoa via Objective-C
- Familiarity with low level Mac OS X APIs
- Familiarity with the Objective-C runtime
- Familiarity with gdb
- Ability to travel to Canada as needed

Assets:
- Experience working on a database-driven application that has reached production status
- Core Animation experience a plus
- Python experience a plus
- Experience with business logic
- Knowledge of x86 assembly


Remuneration based on experience.
