where's my exception?

  • Subject: where's my exception?

  • Thread-topic: where's my exception?

The docs say:

setContentFilters:
...
Sending this message to a view that is not managing a Core Animation layer
causes an exception.

So, I sent it to a view that was not managing a Core Animation layer and it
*didn't* cause an exception. Are docs just wrong? Or is this some kind of
secret exception that doesn't get revealed to me? m.
