OK - thank you.  http://www.diawebster.com is the site for our windows app.
 I am tending towards having a tab on the bottom right corner that needs to
be clicked to bring up the toolbar.  There's a video for download on the
site, if you want to see the current toolbar in action, but basically you
move your mouse to the bottom of the screen, the toolbar animates up, and
the icons change size as you move the mouse, the same way the Dock does.
 Well, the same way the WPF Hyperbar sample that copies the Dock does, at
least :-)
